Yep that they are. I had a "56" Plymouth Savoy Hardtop and 57 De-Sota Hemi. with whitewalls both Kool then. That was the Statement then.

I remember when I bought a set of tires (whitewalls), and the installer asked me if I wanted them installed white side in. I was baffled, why would I do that?

I still like the way they look.

My Dad’s 70 Sedan DeVille had gangsta whitewalls….I miss the car I learned to drive in, I can park anything because of that Cadillac….

loved the whitewalls on my white '86 El Camino with S10 SWIRLYS...got lots of compliments.Keep your black wheels,black walls and black truck-you look like the guy right beside you in traffic

Slammed on steelies with some hand painted pinstripes 50s-60s hot rod style sure. That reminds of my dad’s Oldsmobiles from the 70s and 80s.
