Where to go for Service in San Antonio Area

I having an awful time with getting my local dealership to get service an electrical issues with my front camera and getting my recalls done.
Red McCombs - Says they don't have the parts and will contact me when they do come in (its been 3 months with regular checkin and no luck)
Northside - Says I have to leave my vehicle there to wait in queue for an electrician to look at the failed front camera which will take at least 10 days and then another estimated 4 days for the recalls. They had zero options for me to get a loaner in the mean time.

I just got off the phone with customer service who tried getting me an actual appointment at Cavender's and the earliest date is September. Red McCombs Ford West said the parts department was closed. My customer support agent didn't have any clue what else she could do for me.

At this point, I'm willing to travel to get this work done and getting a loaner would be really nice bonus so if any fellow texans know of a better dealership in the Greater San Antonio area can y'all please help a guy out?

Did you find a good local dealership to take care of you? I use Ford of Boerne and have always been pleased with their work.

Jordan in Live Oak or Bluebonnet in New Braunfels. Ive used both. Red McCombs and Northside are terrible.

Try truck city in Buda
they have been very helpful.
The actuator in my tailgate failed, and they fixed it within a week ordered. The part called me back. He came right in and repaired it.
