Considering that Ford schedules production nearly 2 months in advance (this week they were scheduling builds for last week in March), the writing will be on the wall if you do not have a scheduled build by mid June/early July.

August if production is supposed to be going to October as rumored.

Yes but likely not on the first day orders go live website updates are usually slow. There will be a build guide with prices for that day though. One of the dealers on here I'm sure will post it when it releases.
