I ordered an XL back in October of 2022. I backed out most of the features, but left on Co-pilot 360 which I really want. I recently received the Ford email indicating that I could either back out constrained items, or instead get a 2023 model.
What I need are details on how this will work.
- Do I just sit tight and my 2022 order will automatically roll over to a 2023?
- Do I need to completely reorder again through my dealer?
- And most importantly, if I have to get a 2023, what does that do to my place in line?
Am I the only one not very happy with Ford for not providing better detailed information? Is there anyone here who understands how this should work and what folks like me need to do?
