That appears to be an Electro-Motive unit, which was owned by GM at the time,,,,,

Open one while the vehicle is moving fast around a curve and you'll understand (albeit briefly) why they're called suicide doors.

Assuming it’s the rear doors, as they’re hinged backwards. Certainly no CoPilot 360 warning that seatbelts (probably lap only) aren’t fastened. That was Mom and Dad’s job.
