I'm averaging 43 MPG, my MPG too a big hit over the summer, but has come back up, since the temps have fallen and no AC, I'm expecting my MPG to fo back up in the mid to high 40;s

filled up, went 110 freeway miles in regular mode tooling along around 65-70, yielded 33.7 mpg. This will be the only time I check it, tho. Did not buy for Fuel economy, but was interested to see what it would do over a short test.

24.7 overall after 9,000 miles. Most around town and a few long highway trips. Highway at 75 mph or so about 35 mpg.
EB + 4kT: Been kissing 24.7 on and off throughout my last 1k miles, nearly at 10k now. About the same mpg experience HW/City. Noticed that the "instantaneous mpg" is ~0.2mpg lower than the reported "instant mpg" on the customizable dash display.

Once I hit 10k I'll be doing the second oil change and resetting all trip monitors to try and suss out the discrepancy - drove it like I stole it for the first 1.5k miles and netted a maximum of 11.3 mpg LOL

If you can pump and feather the pedal on the highway, traffic permitting (TX drivers are as dumb and anti-self-preservation as TX voters), I can maintain 85+mph while keeping ~50mpg on the ticker.

I'll add another hybrid in 43.2 mpg after 3700 miles. Normal mode, normal driving (5 to 10 over speed limit, reasonable exceleration). Mostly country roads 50 to 65 mph.

I don't have 4k tow, I do have a XLT EB with FX4. I'm just over 1000 miles. My best tank so far was 28 MPG and worst was 22 MPG. However, the "best tank" was on a road trip from NC to WV (up and down some mountains) with three adult men and about 200 pounds of gear. My overall average is sitting at 26 MPG, but 1000 miles really isn't enough to get a fair idea of average MPG.

I don't drive specifically to save gas, but I also don't hammer the pedal all the time.

Averaging 39mpg over 6k miles. That's calculated, not relying on the computer.

Most is my mileage is my commute, which is probably the quintessential mix of city/highway. Start off in my small suburban neighborhood, then onto a 65mph freeway for a few miles which then transitions down to 55 and 45 with stop lights for a few more miles. Finally, a few blocks downtown to the office.

I'm in normal mode 99% of the time. And though I drive fairly conservatively, I'm not actively hypermiling or anything. Also I value my comfort over a couple MPGs, so climate control is always on auto

I average 32 mpg. Lariat AWD Fx4 Luxury Ecoboost with tonneau cover. I think the cover helps. I drive just over 80 miles a day. Early morning(0430) drive half at 50mpg/ half highway. Get mid 30,'s but drive home with traffic brings it to 31-32.

Average is in my sig...haven't checked it in awhile, around 25-26 I think - lean toward shorter trips (under 10 miles) at normal highway speeds so I'm exactly where I expect. Better than the 20mpg I was getting in my 2019 ranger for sure (was also an FX4).

I am particularly interested in hearing about actual experienced mpg of Laredo models with 4,000 lb towing.
I have the Ecoboost AWD with 4K towing package. My city mileage is around 22, with my highway being between 33-35 (depending on the conditions) at 62 mph - the speed limit up here is 55. On several occasions I have gotten as high as 39 mpg at speeds as high as 75 mph.

The key to getting good mileage in this truck is to minimize slamming on the brakes and when possible slow down by coasting. When you slam on the brakes, not only are you wasting energy but you are setting the expectations for the transmission's algorithms to put the truck in a lower gear on acceleration.

I know you didn't ask for the hybrid, but the Hybrid Lariat I was averaging around 35 mpg driving 80mph for about 1000 miles.
