What is it Trucklette, Compact Pickup or Small Sports Truck

In my opinion Trucklette would be something LESS that a truck. After owing a Maverick for about 3 weeks, this is either a small sport truck or a compact pickup. This is a fully-fledged truck for its class. I don't see anyone calling the other brands of small trucks Trucklette.

Please share you opinion. I for one will call my Maverick a small sport truck, due to its power and handling.

It was tested to meet the Ford built tough standard, it is a truck

I consider it a slightly over sized pickup with extra seating requiring a shortened bed but having such features such as hybrid battery, Regen braking plus all else:
