What color hides road dirt and dust the best?

Iconic silver. I drive the Toyota version of Iconic Silver, and it's so boring even road dirt is embarrassed to be seen on it.

What color would hide road dirt and dust the best? I live on a gravel road and it always dusty. I like Alto Blue and Cyber Orange the best.

We live on a gravel road and our silver Grand Marquis hid dust really well. I'm hoping our Cactus Gray Maverick will do half as well.

I used to hate tan. I thought it was an "old persons color". Now I think its not too bad. Wait.... maybe because I'm getting old !? :O But then I still like loud crazy colors too

I could have purchased a carbonized grey from my dealers lot 3 weeks ago and passed on it cause it was so dirty looking. That color shows dirt bad.

I would say oxford white followed by silver would not show dirt as much and easier to keep truck looking good.But a black vehicle looks real good when all cleaned up trouble is road dust shows up really bad the first couple of miles driving down the road in summer time.I know I own a black CRV.

White? Seriously? Have you two owned a white vehicle? I have a white car, it looks dirty all the time. If I go though the car wash it's usually already got road dirt showing on it again by the time I get home, and it's a five minute drive. Will never buy a white vehicle again.

Look around and you will see most cars go through a car wash does not get clean. and most times if you look at their tags they are not clean.... It is obviously your don't know how to take care of your car....White and Gray are a good color and don't show the dirt if taken care of. happy thanksgivings.

Friend got a small white suv. One day she saw red specs on the paint and did not know what it was…dead bug guts lol. I would not suggest white to anyone. As a work truck yes, though not good on highway when bugs hit it and share their guts.

My last four new vehicles have been Silver due to this very reason. Silver is always clean looking unless mud gets all over it. And believe me...I wash my vehicles as soon as any dirt appears, and often before.

I have had several silver cars and trucks Great for road dirt visuals ,its funny you mention it my wife says if you buy one more boring silver car I will not ride in it (my response: you have tennis shoes? Anyway I caved and got an Area 51 Maverick not too bad with road dirt...
