Not on any of the lists FordVideoGuy has posted or talked about.
Literally posted this yesterday...

Just because your order is priority 2 doesn't mean you have a constraint item. Here are the items you should stay clear of, I would focus on the numbers below 20%.

Ford Maverick What are you going to do? constraint-list-maverick-june-jpg
Then in another post, he highly recommended I drop the SIBL for my 22 order.

I'm a late Jan order and I never had constraints; all the reasons for ordering the Maverick in the first place are still there, so I'll do it again.

The Drop-In Bed Liner is not in that image/screenshot. You may be confused by the bed tray (96B), bed mat (85B), etc.... The Spray-In (96G) has also been constrained. But as I said, the Drop-In Bed Liner is not constrained. I have never seen it on a constraints list, and I have never heard FordVideoGuy suggest dropping it.

I'm actually discussing with one of the sales managers at my dealership to find me a Ranger to purchase with the same specs (see below) and price ($35-$37k) in exchange for keeping my Maverick order alive for them to sell (at a markup).

That sounds like an excellent deal for the dealer. Not sure about your end.

I dropped options (all but hitch) months ago, mid Sept hybrid XLT. Got a VIN and a build date of July 25 after a few delays.

If MY2023 has any important/worthwhile changes then I'll order one to spec and drive the -22 until that comes in. If there aren't any major changes then I'll stick with the '22.

Standing on principle to keep max options on a budget truck in a supply chain crisis is...one choice. 😅

If you want the options, you should stick with it. What is strange to me is the fact people will drop over $20k on something that they have compromised on. Even though it is undoubtedly a "budget" vehicle, it is still an expensive purchase that should be exactly what you want. Settling for a truck without options you wanted is.. one choice.

For those of us who already choose to drive budget vehicles, buying a new mid-trim truck at under MSRP -is- the compromise. Netting 5-10k for the privilege of driving & flipping said truck seems a good deal when the alternative is no truck. Even keeping it would be fine too at this price point. But YMMV and to each their own.

Can of tuna would be good for you.

Since there is more votes to see what mysterious offer is to wait to see if you order again, what would that offer have to consist of?

Do you guys think I should order from a couple dealerships and just take whichever one comes first?
