What am I doing here?

This is by far the most I have participated in a forum. I enjoy checking it several times a day. I try to help people out when they have questions. I find myself on here a little less now that I have my Maverick and another one on the way. I must say that the help I have received on here was most beneficial to me. I want to thank MTC and its members for that. I do belong to several other forums for my motorcycles, Dodge Dakota, and others, but I only check those every other month.

At this site, therapists are on call 24/7. Like the entire counselling/therapy industry, you get some good advice and some not so good advice. The plus side of this site's therapy division is that they do not charge your insurance for an hourly therapy rate.

I feel like this is some weird form of therapy for me. The owner of a vaperware car with an unknown delivery date.

Maybe we should have a sub forum for support for our spouses and coworkers that have to listen to us ramble on about the Atkinson motor, what we are going to 3d print or the affordability of our imaginary trucks.

No, I do not find myself posting more. There are numerous modification posts. Unless I find the mod to my liking I keep my comments to myself. If it works for you that is all that matters.

IMO not all Mavericks look good in all colors again I keep that to myself.

I don't ask a lot of questions. If I have one I research it myself in the manual or google the question. Some of the stuff asked well.....SMH.

I don't jump in to just add post count.

All in all this is a pretty cool forum.

I don’t do FB, Twitter/X or any other social media forums because I really dislike the political disinformation and politics are not allowed on this form I enjoy the MTC because I feel I can help answer some basic questions, get some great answers to mine, find good information about ordering, etc and I always get a few belly laughs

I slowed down quite a bit after getting my ‘22 Maverick but missed my MTC friends Thankfully I got back on as I was ordering my ‘23 or I would have ended up getting my truck without the optional copilot assist Hardly a day goes by when I don’t learn something new. I Leo love seeing what mods everyone is adding, it gives me ideas

You are literally complaining about someone's post by saying they have too much free time. The only one complaining is you! FROM YOUR FIRST POST! lol. Tell me more about the time everyone else wastes that you don't and how entitled people are because they want to avoid negative people online and actually have discussions... What you are doing is the biggest plague of hypocrisy to ever thrive online. You are not being constructive, or funny, and it's far too common on these forums. Rather than add to the topic, you chose ad-hominem. It's pathetic. Literally all you had to do was ignore it.

I have no issues with sarcasm and poking fun, when it's friendly and warranted. Your attitude here among many others (like the one main one who liked your post) is childish. Other people may ignore it; I don't. I've posted 1300 times so far on this site and only had negative interactions with people who act like you. I will gladly "waste my time" reminding you how to conduct yourself like an adult when you are posting from your safe space.

Stay positive or keep your negative attitude to yourself. That's part of "growing up" you were apparently never taught. I confirmed your attitude on my post here before you even showed up in this thread, so thanks for proving MY point lol. Seriously, have a better day. Get your circadian rhythm going and maintain it, or chakra's, or whatever you need to do to get that dopamine fix that isn't -ing all over peoples posts online. Yes I just only read on here for a long time then started posting as a kind of therapy.
I don't even do any of the other social online stuff, just here.
I used to annoy my family and friends and coworkers with this imaginary truck I ordered but I have stopped that as they at this point know what a moron I am for putting up with this and don't want to talk about this fantasy or be involved.
It's embarrassing.
Only on here can I commiserate with other losers
so stupid as to put up with this.
