I have seen three Mavericks around Shelton now. But nowhere else around the South Sound.

I've seen a total of 3:

One white XL with AAA stickers, one Shadow Black (not sure what trim), and one A51 XL (this is the only one I've seen since picking mine up early December).

Regarding the Lariat FX4 you saw with aftermarket tires, I've been looking to get something more meaty but would hate to basically throw away the Pirellis.

So far the Pirellis have done nicely in the snow. I get different tires might next Spring.

My experience has been that they're fine, until they load up with snow and you need to climb a small hill. Very specific, I know, but I wanted to see what their limits were.

They're good in the rain/around town, so I'm not gonna spend $800-1000 for new tires right now.

Great to see everyone ordering their Mavs, it feels weird being the only one one road since I picked mine up last weekend. Hope your builds come in early. Good luck everyone

Enjoy that beautiful First Edition. I hope to see you out there! I am driving down the Oregon Coast next week. Working our way down to the California border before heading back. Celebrating our 26th Anniversary. Recreating a trip from early in our marriage. We has a brand new VW Jetta VR6 back then in the 90's. So recreating it in a brand new Maverick seems fitting.

That VR6 engine was screaming back then. It felt like it had so much power. V6 engine had 172 hp/173 Lbs of torque. Can't believe the Maverick 2.0T has 78 more HP. And tons more torque. And it's not even a V6. The VR6 was state of the art then. Engines have come a long way since the 90's.

Did the coast too to drop off my son in Astoria. I just wish I was driving a Maverick. But I can only dream until I get the one I ordered. Cheers and happy anniversary.

Thank you, we are taking our annual cannon beach getaway soon too so I’m looking forward to that. You are absolutely right about the punchy response from the engine. Yes it was a struggle giving up my 2013 F150, but I’m really happy with my new baby.

Yeah. Not many out there. I think I saw BGN'S Maverick at Trader Joe's 2 Friday's ago. I have had people check mine out, wave and stop me in the parking lot and ask questions.
If it was the Shoreline Trader Joe’s then it was probably mine. Velocity Blue with aftermarket tires sounds like mine, plus I’m at that TJs at least once a week. It’s kind of fun to play whose Mav is that. I still have only seen 2 in the wild.

Yeah, it was Shoreline TJ. Maybe I will see you again.

Figured I would say hi. Ordered mine on Friday via Harris Ford in Lynnwood. Don't think I've seen anyone else mention that dealer in these 20 pages of posts. Now for the long wait..... Dealer emailed me today to confirm I got the email from Ford about the order. I inquired about how many they have seen come thru their dealership/if they felt they had a good "allocation" and they sort of avoided the question a bit and just said

"The average wait we've been seeing is between 4-6 months."
