Good day y’all,
I’m writing to report an on going water leak on the driver side passenger door. This problem is most likely unique to me. I’ve had this window broken into and repaired. And then the water leak was noticed 8+ months later…. Though I got it repaired….. 3+ months after that it’s leaking again.
So does anyone else have inexplicable water leaks that the repair shop could not fix? The water is collecting in the plastic tub right next to the door just under the seat. There is not water in the storage compartment or on the floor. Also no water in the door itself, just the tub.
Let me know if y’all have any suggestions.

I read about such on the right side rear door on here, searched but can't find. I thought the problem ended up being the weather stripping at the bottom of the door allowing water to be funneled in.

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Maverick concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

I have had the same issue with my 2023 Lariat EB on 4 separate occasions . The service department had been unable to replicate or detect the leak . It happened again yesterday in the rain without being driven . I believe after reading other comments that the bottom seal on the door is the culprit . Good luck to you ! Stan C

I am having the same issue. The pickup was delivered in March and I noticed the mold and moisture in June. Since then I have had 5 separate visits to the dealership to fix the issue. So far nothing has worked and I am loosing time and gaining rattles. I am not sure if all the leaks are connected but with this many leak problems Ford corporate needs to consider a recall...

Any chance you've washed the vehicle in cold temperatures? I was told by the company that did my ceramic paint protection that vehicles should never be washed below 25F, as water seeps into seams and will freeze and expand before evaporating. So if there was any warping of the door, it may have been further affected post repair as things no longer went back to a tight fit. Pure speculation here and I suppose I don't have a solution. But hope you figure it out!
