Gotcha. Well thanks for letting me know.Not at all, they opened a case number for me and said someone would reach out directly from ford. After a while of no one reaching out I messaged them again and they said I should just contact my dealer. The problem was resolved due to the dealer staying on top of things and pushing for a solution from ford.
