Very rough idle on Hybrid XLT

Check out the video of my Hybrid idling very rough. Current mileage 14,000. It doesn’t do this all the time. It does it occasionally on cold starts. It goes away when I start driving and has no issues. I have no trouble lights as of now. My dealership sucks and waiting for a reply after I sent them this same video. What’s everyone think? Also to any future buyers or people waiting for their orders, I do not recommend this vehicle. Maybe I’m spoiled coming from Toyota but this maverick has been in for service more in its 14,000 miles than my Corolla at 180,000 ever has. I really wanted to like it but I just can’t. Going to wait for a Tacoma hybrid and trade this in.

Has your dealer addressed TSB 22-2124 for the hybrid rough idle concerns? If not, do bring this up with them - mention the TSB # - it'll guide them in resolving the issue.

Mine is not smooth, but it's not super rough. I have about 10,000 miles less than you.

Have you considered selling and buying another Toyota? That's what I'm doing.

No, but I just replied to the "Official Ford Account" post above with my VIN#

UPDATE: talked to ford and they won’t fix a thing until they witness it make the noise. Problem is it does it once every 10 days or so. That’s with me driving it daily. The dealer will maybe start it once a day at most. It’s gonna sit there for weeks. My only option is to let it break down and have it towed in.

Just to update everyone a check engine light popped up today for a misfire. Service appointment tomorrow.

This issue is now becoming more common. I’m seeing many posts on Facebook groups with the same symptoms. No diagnosis or progress on mine as of yet.
