Any 1 had a chance to play with forscan to activate all light as to use as daylight running lights. As soon as my vehicle build I will be I porting it to Canada. But as usual they changed import rules. Now all vehicle after 2021 need to have new standard for daylight lights aka all lights that you run at night (not high beams). Any help will be appreciated.

The Maverick's light switch defaults to automatic every time the vehicle is turned on which I believe should meet the current Canada DRL regulations without any modification required.

Yes, all of the lights turn on. There's a The Autopian article that mentions it.

And Transport Canada's page on it
As of September 2021 the Canadian Vehicle Lighting Regulation will require that all new vehicles sold in Canada have one of the following:
  • tail lights that come on automatically with daytime running lights
  • headlights, tail lights, and side marker lights that turn on automatically in the dark
  • a dashboard that stays dark to alert the driver to turn on the lights
The Maverick's "default automatic" satisfies the second, bolded.

I like that one. I know most people without headlights On can’t tell because modern-day clusters are always lit.

That said in the BCM settings easy mode there are fields that let you change lights to being used for DRL.

For a while I was running the low beams as DRL in conjunction with the Lariat signature lighting (so it always had the full 'C' lighting appearance instead of just at night) although it did set a circuit fault code in the BCM this configuration.

And because they are ignorant.
