Hello all!
With the help of some holiday amazon gift cards, I was able to get some essentials for my Granger-bought, bare bones XL EB FWD in Carb Gray on the cheap. I went with OEM mudflaps, Smartliner all weather mats, Tiptop roll-up tonneau cover, and an Ecarzo center console organizer. Definitely satisfied with these upgrades for the price. I'm coming up on 3,000 miles in the Mav and am really enjoying this little truck. Smooth, quiet ride, plenty of utility for small DIY jobs, great MPG...what more could you want for $19,180 out the door?
The Smartliner mats are perfectly fitted and feel like they'll hold up a long time. OEM mudflaps were an easy install and I think they make the bare bones XL look a little more finished. Just looks like something that should have already been there. I had never purchased anything from Tiptop, but at $169 (normally $199 but was on sale), I was willing to take the chance. The tonneau cover fits great, plenty of tension right out the box, comparable in quality to a previous cheap cover (Tyger top) I had bought on amazon for an old truck. Let's be honest, most of the cheap ones are probably rolling off the same line.
Center console organizer was a perfect fit and made sense for me due to how deep the console is. Pricing, links, and a couple exterior pictures below. Hope it helps if you're considering these items!
With taxes, my all-in price for all this stuff was $444.13. Pre-Tax breakdown with links below.
- Tiptop Roll-Up Tonneau Cover $169
- Smartliner Custom Fit All Weather Mats $120.50
- Ford OEM Front and Rear Mudflaps $106.89
- Ecarzo Center Console Organizer $19.99
