Unexpected downshifting at highway speed

2022 hybrid xlt unexpectedly downshifting to low at highway speed.
Stays in low and "drive mode unavailable " Solution is to turn off ignition for 5 min or more. Then normal driving is restored.

Hey billkaz-what was result from dealer? This has happened twice now on my 23 Maverick. 1st time it cleared up after sitting for 30 minutes. Ford tech couldn’t find anything wrong with it.
