TSB put my Mav in "vacancy mode"

Finally took my Mav in for the engine shutter and airbag recalls. I asked the dealership to address the TSB 22-2493 brake fix. A day later I get a call from the dealership telling me that during the TSB repair the computer Mav shut down and went into "vacancy mode" and they can't restart the computer. Told me they're waiting for Ford Motor Co to call them back with a solution. Good thing I demanded a loaner car even though they refused until I contacted Ford Motor Co and they called the dealership back on my behalf. So ... anyone else heard of the "vacancy mode" problem?

Sounds like something got lost in translation as Google doesn't seem to pull up anything for "vacancy mode".

Vacancy mode: the computer's brain has vacated it's body

Translation: The reprogram was done incorrectly and bricked the truck because they probably gave it to the new guy who hasn't learned how to use FDRS yet. At least that's how it would probably happen at the Dealer I worked at.
