Ford Marketing 800-392-3673
So before my story, my order is still pending transfers from Jim Click Ford to Oracle Ford but I want to pass this on to help anyone in similar situations.
Some of you know that I was lied to by Jim Click Ford. They decided to add cost to my Hybrid build and not honor X price as they promised. I already had a VIN number and build date for November 29th, delivery expected in January. I want you all to know it may take work but it is somewhat possible to transfer an order to another dealer. Call Ford marketing 800-392-3673 and be VERY NICE to them. They can put the request in for you to have the order transferred. It needs approvals from all over so expect the process to take 2 weeks and it is possible to be denied. Be sure to get the case number before hanging up so you can follow up on the status if nothing happens after the allotted 2 weeks. If you donāt get a case number they didnāt put a request in for you. The first time I called the lady I talked to didnāt do anything but told me a manager would call me back, donāt let that happen as no one will call you.
BE VERY NICE! They write the story for the managers to approve! BE NICE! Donāt get upset.
