bought used steel wheels/tires for winter how can I tell if early23 xl sensors are the same as 24 xlt sensors/

They are the same sensors. Same sensors Ford uses on multiple vehicle lines over many years. They are 315 MHz.

I bought one of THESE a year ago to relearn all the TPMS sensors after a rotation and it works fine. Of course, I paid less than half the current price...
