Do you think a Hybrid front wheel drive Mav can tow that much?
100% yes.

If you keep your speed 65 mph and under. Do not push it on hills. Lower your speed on hills when necessary
Keep the power needle 50% or less to avoid overheating.

That's definitely interesting. My Maverick averaged 15.8 mpg Towing my project car from Colorado to North Carolina. And I was definitely over the 4k tow limit lol

Sorry- don't want to go over specs. If trans gets destroyed, Ford might not cover it. Thanks

That's a heavy trailer! My 2 sled clamshell is a bit over 500 lbs. I tow a 3100 lb boat with my maverick and it pulls it great!
Trailer is definitely a bit overbuilt, haha! My brother and I went in 50/50 on it, just what we could afford with an equivalent aluminum trailer almost double the price.

But yes, very happy with how the Maverick tows, glad to hear it tows well for you too!

Nice- What's the overall width of that trailer ? I also need to look into mirror extended for our new travel trailer-
I would need to double check, but I believe it's an 8' or 8.5' width trailer. Both sleds have a 41" ski stance and fit side-by-side, but there's almost no wiggle room between all the skis when they're lined up next to each other.

For the mirror extenders, I just ordered them on Amazon!

HUGE amount of frontal area. That's a killer of mileage.
Absolutely. It'd be a little better behind a Ranger, but still happy the Maverick can tow it!

Is it me or is that door just in the front offset for loading ramps.

looks very odd.
It's just a man door for easy access to the trailer when filling up, putting stuff inside, etc. Makes it easier to gas up the sleds on the trip up north. The other side has a full width drive-off door.
