So I have a 2024 Ford maverick hybrid
lariat front wheel drive . I was told it would be able to be towed on a dolly. I have towed it twice now and both times lots of codes and the smell of brakes burning when I move it off the dolly, But within minutes, all the codes are gone I did check it periodically on the way down the road, nothing was abnormal.. Check all the wheels and rotors and nothing was hot . But when I do pull it off,. I smell brakes burning. for a moment and within moments all codes return back to normal
I’m thinking of disconnecting the negative on the battery next time before I tow it , but if I do that could I lock the doors ? anybody have any ideas ? besides flat towing it Thanks
