I will definitely be past the 8 month mark. Some are going on a year now. I ordered in October and don't expect to get a build date until probably June for an August build and Sept-October delivery
11 months for me. Buy the time it gets delivered in may

I ordered at the end of September. It's built and enroute, pending dealer prep and fixing the trailer break recall. They gave me the railcar information on it but I refuse to check it, for fear I will become obsessed. Well, more obsessed.

Got THE call today. Mine just arrived at dealer!
4 days short of 10 months since placing my order.
Picking mine up after dialysis on Friday!
Have to yet to see one locally. Only ones I’ve seen have been at dealer.

The average wait time for most who received the Maverick is 8 mos +/- 1.
Where did you get that stat from?
According to the MTC database the average from order to build date is 109 days for EB and 186 for Hybrid.
The average from build to delivery is about 34 days for both.

I guess my 5 month wait for my XLT FX4 cactus Gray wasn't so bad. I watched every step of the journey and had my anxious moments like the rest of you. The train ride here to Detroit was the worst, knowing it was built but awaiting the train delivery. Dealer was great through the whole process. Put on my tonneau cover for free and about an hour to sign the paperwork.
I have seen about 6 other Mavericks around town. 3 of my friends are waiting for theirs. All were ordered 2-3 months before mine. The dealership you order from makes a difference. Mine is proof of that but what you order matters more. Some options will hold you up for sure.
It is worth the wait, great little truck and I enjoy driving it wherever I go. Had 3 people stop me to talk about the truck last Saturday while shopping for garden supplies. Put 12 bags of topsoil and sand in the bed plus 20 square bricks and some wood. This truck fits my needs 100%

So, you think the first several months are hard. HA! Just wait until it is built and shipped. THAT is the time the real ANXIETY takes over! I know I am probably within a week of delivery and pickup. I sold my Chevy Spark last night. So, we are down to one car! I have no fingernails! Time to play some "patience" music. It will get there soon enough. But you don't have to like it! lol!
ne was shipped this past monday, just about 10.5 months if I get it in the next week or so :)

In my neighborhood and I am still waiting - )
I've seen at least a half dozen between SLC and N. Salt Lake! Feeling good for these people getting their cars, but I want mine a little bit more every time I see one!

That is unless the sales people screw-up and fail to complete RVOP like mine did and then tried to tell me I wouldn't get it this year because of Nov cutoff I ordered in Aug

Stating total waiting time. Nothing about Order to Built. Talking about from Start To Possession/Finish is 8mos +/- 1

Real Owner experience starts at the Ford ordering website, then it goes to the dealer who sets up an appointment, then the ROVP is completed, then fast forward to delivery and purchase in Finance.

Just saying owners may look at the Tracking stats, but the actual wait time is much longer because Tracking stats do not take into account the wait times for scheduling, shipping, PDI, etc.

Keep the faith.

Can you provide details on your order for the group to review? TY
That's great to know. Coming up on 7 months with no new emails other than my order confirmation...and that weird one that everyone got regarding parts/package restraints.

Fingers crossed!
