Anyone ever have an issue with the tires pressure monitors going out on a 2025 model year? I purchased the truck in Janurary 2025 and have 1167 miles on it currently. The tire pressure sensors keep going out about every 2 to 3 weeks. This last time will be the 4th. 3 dealers looked into it and cannot find any issues. At this point the truck has had 12 new sensors and after a few weeks the truck and Ford Pass app still will only show what I took a picture of below.
Not a big thing to me as I check the tires manually anyway. It just worries me that a brand new truck, after 3 shops looking into it and having Ford replace them 3 times, is getting on my nerves a little. It is a brand new 2025 so I would not expect this to happen. Thankfully everything else is absolutely beautiful and in great working order. Forgive my rant about this but I had to come ask here because of the wealth of knowledge.

*Everything is still fresh from the assembly line and I have not added anything electronic. Only added cosmetic things - vent shades, bug deflector, all weather floor liners, bed mat, and raised tailgate letters.

It sounds to me like they have fixed the wrong thing 3 different times.
Mine haven't had any trouble. My truck was built in December, so they've been good for 3.5 months so far.

I have the same issue with only one. Always the rear driver side. It always corrects itself before I can get to the dealer. I'm thinking the issue isn't the sensor itself but maybe in the head unit. I rotated my tires but the rear driver side still gets the fault. Hmmmm.

Sorry to hear. I know it's a little thing but weird that 3 Ford shops can't find the issue even after keeping it overnite and doing diagnostics every time - except the 2nd time when the same dealer just went straight to replacing the sensors.

Glad you haven't had the issue. I agree they are not solving the issue and probably fixing the wrong thing. Taking it to a friend of a friend who's a 3rd generation mechanic with a popular shop somewhat near me this Friday.

Yes! Whenever driving for a longer period of time (30+ minutes) one will eventually trigger. It always fixes itself the next time I drive. I don’t care too much but it is annoying.

The only problem with that is crying wolf if you do have a tire failure!
