Problem is this pressure washer isn't cordless and doesn't use batteries. It's 120V.
Why is this a problem? The cord is long and the hose it comes with is super long

Not a problem. I'm a Ryobi user both 18v and 40v tools. This topic got my attention because I thought Ryobi had a new cordless product for $99 which they didn't. They do make cordless pressure washers but priced from $159 to $499. For me battery powered tools are great and don't share the same shock potential as corded tools have in wet environments.

Makes sense. The cord would have to be cut down to copper and touch a wet surface and even then you would have to be barefoot. The risk must be super low or the would not pass all they safety standards I would think.

I use a gas powered washer. Like the feeling of gas over electric
I have a nice Simpson gas p/w but I just ordered one of these for those much smaller jobs when I don’t want to drag the beast. Love the portability.

Recommendation on a battery powered pressure washer?
I wouldn't recommend that. To get any useful pressure, you'd be burning through batteries in 2-3 minutes. It takes a LOT of power to get a stream of water up to 2000 psi or so

You need to be connected to a garden hose anyway so you might as well get a plug-in unit

Here’s one for all you battery buffs. Now you don’t have to worry about electrocution.

I would worry more about getting the lithium battery wet. " If a lithium battery gets wet, the water can cause short-circuiting, unintended discharge, and potentially harmful chemical reactions. This can lead to power loss, damage to the battery or connected device, and even the possibility of the battery casing leaking and releasing harmful substances. " i have a Ryobi electric on wheels and the ground fault has tripped a couple of times at my former house which was built in 1928. Someone said " hey I have a good idea let's put an outside receptacle under the water spigot." I quit using that receptacle quickly and ran it off an indoor receptacle in the garage.
I like my corded ryobi. Just got a better cannon so I could use a smaller orfice and now the soap is soooo thick. Like shaving cream😎
