360 is a crutch IMO for people not actually looking around like they should.

That said, it came on my off the lot Mav purchase and while it will light up when a car is in the right area for the sensors it does nothing that a good spot mirror would do for you such as following up when turning around objects too small for 360 to see such as poles in drive throughs. The same in aiding with a trailer.

I found some small convex spotters and installed them on my mirrors and it's much better.

Thinking of dropping Cp360 in my xlt hybrid order, Is it helpful even? Heard some negatives on it I’m just wondering how effective it is in lane centering and blind spot monitoring.
Be aware the lane keeping on anything lower than Lariat Lux isn't "centering", it'll just steer away from you crossing a divider line.

The last 3 vehicles I bought for my wife had blind spot monitoring and the last one also has lane keep assist. I personally don’t see a benefit but she won’t drive without it because her eyesight is not 100%. Having driven her vehicles I like the Blind spot but lane keep drives me insane and I always turn it off. I decided against 360 for me - didn’t think it was worth the $600 - and the wife won’t want to drive my Mav. 😆

Looking for owners experiences.
I know the mirrors light up but does it alert you any other way?
My Wife (her Maverick) was backing up after grocery shopping and it saved her from getting whacked by a car in her blind spot. That just paid for itself and the automatic high beans so far are excellent she said, as is the blind spot alerts. She hasn't used the lane centering yet but plans on it Monday to try it out. We're getting older and I wanted every safety feature I could get fot her:) she has the XLT AWD With The Luxury Package too.

It's well worth the price for me. My kids may drive the vehicle at some points.

I just posted this on a similar thread: Co Pilot 360 has very similar functionality to the driver assistance features on my 2020 Sonata Hybrid. Adding it to my order was a no-brainer. Looking forward to everything my Mav XLT Hybrid has to offer.

Not sure exactly how the blind spot monitoring works in practice, but if you do remove the 360 option, the stock mirrors come with little blind spot mirrors where the blind spot indicators would be with 360. I love them.
Is that an XLT/Lariat thing? Pretty sure my XL mirrors don’t have them…

I have a similar system in my current vehicle (VW Alltrack), find it just annoying. I sure wouldn't pay extra for it.

I have an xlt, so I can only confirm that they are on the xlt, but if they aren't on your XL it might be. If so, the 360 seems to be the worst value on the xlt. You don't get full function if the lariat or upgraded power mirrors of the xl, and you already have blind spot detection (in the form of little analog car shaped icons in your mirrors).

Can someone else with an XL confirm if they have the little blind spot mirror? I’m sure it’s an XL thing as it would be really weird if they accidentally left it off my build… I’m surprised it’s not mentioned anywhere on the Build Your Maverick site. In fact if I zoom in on their XL gallery shots it seems to have that mirror. Hmm.

Well worth the money. Would NEVER buy a vehicle without it. It should be on every vehicle at no additional cost. Would prevent lots of accidents.
