The simple thing that Ford forgot

Picked up my Velocity Blue Hybrid today. So far it’s all I hoped for. Found a strange omission by Ford… there are no hash marks at the 5 mph increments on the speedometer; only 10, 20, 30 etc., no marks at 15, 25, 35 etc. Where we live there are lots of 35, 45, 55, 65 speed limits. Too late for me but Ford should make a running change and add some hash marks!

The speedo would be easier to read if it didn't go up to 140mph. 100 would have been good enough then resolution would have been better.

Analog v digital speed - I felt the same way when my flying club added digital G5's to my favorite C172 [before I owned a vehicle with digital guages]. But I soon realized I could calculate my true airspeed quicker in my head using the digital numerals. As a trick, I changed the display in my wife's car so the digital speed didn't display. She missed it and soon, so will you.

Enable to digital speedometer feature?

I could but prefer analog. I also like keeping tabs on my fuel economy and you can’t have both at once.
