And I just ordered this color for my 2026 that will replace my 2023 leased Atlas Blue. Can't wait to see it and work on my "Gulf" theme!

If you are referring to the Gulf Livery GT40s cars, I'm fairly familiar I purchased my very early Paxton GT350 from Brian B. in NorCal, You'll probably know him, right? 427 and (very early) 289 Cobra, Gulf GT40, my meager GT350, etc..

It was boorish, inappropriate, juvenile, and unrelated to the Maverick in anyway other than your personal bias. Your need to list your pedigree to speak on Fords, colors, etc. to @05FordGT is also boorish.

Glad you like the color. It is an acquired taste for sure. The bad thing being that as the paint ages it will look faded out more and more than when new. Yellow has the same effect. Both start to look dirty over time.

I don't dislike or appreciate the color. It's something that I may or may not chose.

If you were of adult age, you would understand that "Not that there's anything wrong with it" was a clip from a Seinfeld episode.
