I've tested all three trim levels since 27 January. All three pass with flying colors. I purchased a hybrid XL on 27 January that a customer canceled, then traded it in for a hybrid XLT w/lux pkg on 31 March that another customer canceled at a different car dealer, and then traded in the XLT for a hybrid Lariat w/CP, Lux, moonroof, and electric rear window on 27 October that another customer canceled. All three models perform flawlessly, ride smoothly, and all got excellent gas mileage! I'm all set with the hybrid Lariat. It's a keeper! I absolutely love the Maverick! It does truck things that trucks are supposed to do!! It sits lower to the ground, which allows me to access the bed from the sides of the vehicle for the most part, and makes it easy to load my e-bike in the bed along with other things I haul. The Maverick is just a pleasure to own and it's a conversation starter when I go shopping.
