Tailgate spoiler

He guys, just got this in, purchased on eBay. Was trying to modify an oem tailgate spoiler to give me a more aggressive luck, but I found this and kind of bailed on that plan. I haven’t mounted it yet just a quick mock up.

That will definitely give the rear downforce you need.

It’s more for aesthetics than anything else. The stock one was low compared to the eom sport spoiler which was not even seen when the bed cover was on.

Nah I’ll leave it matte black. Just figured it would look odd and break up the black lines around the bed if it’s painted.

Extreme Online store. I love mine. Left it raw as well, but I might paint it down the light to be textured black.

Looks great just curious do you keep that shin knocker in place all the time although the spoiler does add a little added separation from running into it…

On that subject, I wonder how close that spoiler design will get to a trailer tongue, if you drop the tailgate while hitched-up?

Yes, I had bought some sikaflex black adhesive just in case. Didn’t put it on yet. I’ll see how well the 3m sticks.

Will it support 10-25 sheets of plywood, etc when tailgate is in 4x8 mode???
