tac side steps 10m s spiral bolt

Hello anyone install the side step how do i get the s spiral bolt in the hole and turn it

From what I see in the instructions, once you remove the OEM clips, you feed the spiral bolt up into the hole, add the bracket, lockwasher and nut, and the spiral bolts spins until to contacts something to allow you to finishing threading the nut on.

Yeah i may have to be more aggressive to get it in and twist tried a couple times already

Did you work this out? I got the front one in no problem but the two near where the doors meet do not want to go in.

Yes you have to just play with it do u have hybrid or XLT hybrid won't work I heard there is a work around
