I just tried it and it worked.

I have run into issues in the past with the USB not formatted correctly. It requires exFAT. You might try reformatting the drive, if that's an option.
Yeah I had to buy a new legit 16Gig exfat USB and it worked- Anyone know of a change log ? Assuming no - lol

And if you're formatting it on a Mac, you apparently need to select both "ExFat" and "Master Boot Record" for the truck to recognize and load the updates. I was going crazy trying to figure out why one of my USB sticks worked and the other didn't - then I noticed this difference. I reformatted the failing one to ExFat with MBR, and it worked.

My '22 Lariat is currently using version 21194. MyFord.com says version 22251 is available, but when I scan in the truck, it says software is up to date? WTF?

Mine does this also. I finally did the update via USB, and the truck knows it's on 22251 now, but Ford still thinks it's on the old release, and keeps telling me (via the web site) that there's an update for my vehicle.

When you complete the USB update, there is supposed to be a log file (*.XML) created on your USB drive. After you finish the update, you're supposed to upload that log file so Ford knows it's been done. But I've NEVER had that log file get created, despite having updated via USB 4 separate times (4 different software versions). I've reported this via their feedback site, but ......crickets......
