Sync 3 Issues?

I've seen a few YouTube video reviewers who have complained about issues with the Sync3 in the Mav. I would think these are isolated cases, but it has popped up more than a couple times in the reviews I have watched. Of course I have only seen reviews as I cannot get to see a Ford Maverick within 100 miles of where I live as no dealers have any.

The only Maverick that comes with Sync 3 is the Lariat w/Luxury package if I’m not mistaken. I know the XL and XLT comes with something else.
I’ve seen a few videos of the screen freezing on the XLT, but I’ve had that happen on every vehicle I’ve owned since 2016.

Ahh, learn something every day. I thought the Sync3 system was in all the models not just the Lariat. I think the videos I saw with the freezing issues was in the XL and XLT models. Thanx for the response.
