Hahaha! It is possible that they forgot....or omitted on purpose. Or had a typo in the customer email? Or there was some glitch in the system on Ford's end.Huh. Good to know that the dealer copy is the same as the customer copy. I retract the half-joking part of my original comment about @Cjackson7646 's dealer being like an emotionally controlling spouse. But I do still wonder why they did not get their copy of the email when the dealer got theirs. Maybe the customer email didn't get put in alongside the dealer email.
But I don't think the OP should be worried.
