Storing hybrid for 2-3 months

I am keeping in closed garage 2-3 months. 2023 Lariat Hybrid. Any recommendation other than disconnecting the battery?

"extended period"? What is that? Somewhere between 2 weeks and a millennium? How hard would it have been for Ford engineers to give the suggested time period in the printed manual?

Use sports mode to get the hybrid battery topped off before storing. That mode keeps ICE engine running and keeps hybrid battery near top for neck snapping starting powha.

I had my Maverick idle for about a month - just plugged in a battery tender. Started up fine and everything worked as normal.

FWIW - we had the Mav hybrid in our garage this winter for six weeks or so when we were out of the area. Didn't do anything to it for extended storage and it started right up when we got home, and the temps were low.

The have started right away; 36 day winter storage & 42 day summer storage; carport with car cover, middle Tennessee. I drove around 15-20 minutes sports mode & low to get the most regen. Wash-park-cover. No battery disconnect. 2022 Lariat Lux Hybrid.
