Bought the Maverick March 17 and just got the Rewards Points.
After getting no help from the dealer, I tried calling the Rewards number the first time and got a foreigner I couldn't even understand. Finally called back two days ago and got a competent, native-English speaker named Elsa who told me within 5 minutes the problem was that my member number wasn't associated with the Maverick. She also told me the sales date has to be the exact same as what the dealer wrote (they had my sell date a day before I even got there for some reason).
Anyway, Elsa told me exactly how to fix it with the App and it worked immediately.
Now I have my 31,000 points (worth $150) showing up.
