Ford Pass Rewards Took 3 Months...

Bought the Maverick March 17 and just got the Rewards Points.

After getting no help from the dealer, I tried calling the Rewards number the first time and got a foreigner I couldn't even understand. Finally called back two days ago and got a competent, native-English speaker named Elsa who told me within 5 minutes the problem was that my member number wasn't associated with the Maverick. She also told me the sales date has to be the exact same as what the dealer wrote (they had my sell date a day before I even got there for some reason).
Anyway, Elsa told me exactly how to fix it with the App and it worked immediately.
Now I have my 31,000 points (worth $150) showing up.

if you plan on getting any accessories from the ford store, wait for the 4th of july promo code. I used this past memorial code and I got the swingout tool box for $36 after discount and points.

My points for the truck purchase showed up within a few days. The issue I'm now having is with a return. I returned a damaged product and need my points and cc refunded for that return. I've had numerous text conversations and phone conversations and I keep getting the runaround even though they can clearly see they received the return on 5/7. Apparently no one can assist me with anything because they can take "up to 30 days" for a return which is absolutely absurd in this day and age. Tomorrow will finally be day 30 according to their calendar and if I don’t have my points and refunded I'm raising hell. Once my points are used up, I will not be making any other purchases with the Ford accessories department. Their website is a joke, the customer service is awful and their products are over priced. Most of their accessories can be obtained directly from their vendors, third party distributors or even different manufacturers for far less then what they're charging. Sorry for the unrelated rant!

You have to create a FordPass account if you haven't. Once you do that, if the points don't show up, there's a link on the website that will help you find missing points.

I took just over a week for them to show up on our account after buying on May 20th. We bought a bedrug for $36 with our points and the 20% discount, should be shipped out soon hopefully!

It must have been a dealer mixup, my points came right away. 32,000 points.
Out of the 2 Fords I've purchased at different dealers, with the competent dealership (Grainger), I had my points within just a few days. With the incompetent dealership (Mullinax), I had to call the 800 number after waiting a couple of months. Nothing went smoothly with Mullinax and everything went smoothly with Grainger, and I don't wonder why.

Yep, I created the fordpass acct before picking up the truck. During pickup the sales guy made note of my Member ID# from the app, and 4 days later I had my points.

I did create a FordPass account, and have a member ID.
This is all new to me, so I'm just feeling my way around. The last Ford I bought was over 50 years ago.
I do like my Mavrick though!

I just logged into the FordPass site, clicked on a link to get missing points, and after entering my info, I now have reward points.
Thanks for the help.

I'll have to check and see if any points were added after I bought the Maverick. The salesperson was surprised they had not shown up the day after I bought it, and gave me a number to call. 6 weeks later I have not bothered to call.
