Take a look at this thread I provided the link below. It should give you some ideas of where to look for covers.
The steering wheel looks to be 14.5" if you subtract the thickness of my cover.

Here's mine.

Remember, if you get one. Don't get frustrated trying to put it on. The covers are very, very tight. They need a lot of finesse, take your time.
You may think you got the wrong size but they can be worked on. Time and patience pay off.

The diameter is like 14.5" but diameter is only one part of the equation as some are much thicker or bigger than others. You'll see that every item on Amazon is likely listed as a " frequently returned item"

Here's one of the universal 15" covera that was way too big to look nice
