Does anyone have any insights on when front and rear fabricated steel bumpers may become available? Ideally, with a reinforced front receiver hitch to be able to mount a winch, off-road driving light mounts, and maybe an integrated bull bar, and D-ring tow points. If I were designing them myself, I'd try to get maximum approach and departure angles with the design.
Possibly as a weld-together kit, and it's on me to get it powder coated.....
Or, if anyone has a file with the mounting points, critical dimensions, etc??

Unless the aftermarket provides these items for aesthetics I can't see the Maverick platform lending itself to robust winching or heavy duty tugging, pushing, etc. It's not a BOF. Seems like this is Ranger territory, IMO. But, if it's just for looks then, OK. 👍

Obviously not for yanking the truck out of a mud pit after burying it to the axles. But, say an 8k winch for pulling non-running but rolling vehicles, getting yourself that last little oomph, etc.

If you're interested in pulling non-running but rolling vehicles I might suggest a tow truck. They are BOF with HD steel bumpers and hydraulics. They are an excellent recovery vehicle and can be fitted with a winch with no worries. 👍

SEMA had a lifted Bronco Sport with steel tube bumpers and it looked good.
No idea where they are on actually selling them or if the Maverick is on the horizon but maybe in the future?

If you have the FX4 pack it includes front tow hooks. These are removable and screw directly into a heavy frame element that is not present on non FX4 models. The mounting points for the tow hooks could be utilized to provide the strength needed to mount a bumper/winch. I'd like to see a front winch mount, but right now the best you can do is a hitch mount.

Fordrangerlifts was supposed to be making a nudge bar, but it's been a while and I'm not sure if it's still in the works or not. Something similar to this. Hopefully it becomes available as id buy one immediately.
