Thank you for sharing, very intresting. Did you a 3.5mm aux solution or what the other two unknown ACM connections are for ?

I've seen mention of a replacement ACM for the Maverick that supports XM.... that will be my research for tomorrow. I WOULD LOVE TO have it integrated even if its $500.

Please share if you find a viable solution. I’m willing to pony up too. 😂

I was in the same boat .I could not justify going to a Lariat just to get Sirius so I stayed with my XLT.I wound up using the android auto and a new cell phone to get sirius . It works very good with no dropped signal . The only real pain is plugging in the usb every time I get in to the truck. To me its crazy that they didnt put a sirius ready radio as standard at least in the lux package .

You will have far better music quality, and control if you go spotify instead. Sirius/XM cuts the quality quite a bit on the higher ranges of frequency. I pay $9.99 a month for my business, and listen to it in anything I drive at no extra cost. They have a near endless library. I have over 900 songs in my main playlist for the store. Some smaller ones for when I want more specific music. I haven't listened to AM in 43 years, No satellite radio for 15 years, and no FM for the last 10 years.

Good to know, I want XM for the original programming and live sports, not just music. I Have had XM for over 15 years and won't go without it. I have everything (the premium Radio plan + Streaming) for $5 month.
