I've had my 2.0 eB AWD 4K tow over 3 months, have around 3,000 kms ATM. Recently, twice I've had it stall on me. Once leaving a big box store after going shopping, pulled out of where I was parked and it died. It started right up, carried on home no problem.
The next occasion was much more concerning. 2 days ago, I gave the truck a quick wash at the carwash, didn't pop the hood and spray down the engine compartment. Wasn't in there long, backed out of the bay, and it died. ... and this time it was hard to get re-started (took a while). That could have been very bad if that occurred in busy city traffic. There would be extreme temperature change in this case, none in the first.
Drove it yesterday, no problems. Very cold here, deep winter, -20C to -30C temps. I have a 3A battery tender charger wired in, comes on when I plug in the block heater (I park outside), so battery is fully charged, and warmed up slightly when I start it (not a battery issue).
Anyone else experienced stalling? If it happens again, I'll take it to the dealer, get 'em to check codes.
