So I went around playing in the snow today a little bit. Put it in to rut mode and noticed a audible difference in the way The engine sounded,it sounded like it had more balls!! Has anybody else noticed this,And what could it be not complaining Just thought it was cool and wondered if anybody else experienced it

Haven't put mine in Mud/Rut mode, but in Sport mode it sounds different has a little growl to it.

The increased "engine" noise is moslty artificial. A lot of manufacturers do this, using the vehicle speakers to play a soundtrack for you.
With that being said, you will notice more engine noise in the cabin because several drive modes result in the engine RPM being higher due to modified transmission shift points.

😄 Yep I know, but the wife doesn’t and she’s happy when I have it in sport mode. So I’m not bursting her bubble. Going to get the MRT exhaust in March and give it a bit more growl, at least as much as a 4 banger can produce.

Yes, it's noticeably louder in off-road modes. A bit obnoxious when you add a sub. Luckily I have a bass adjust knob and can turn it down on the fly.

Not sure if it's a thing or not for the Mavericks but they make disablers/bypassers for the noise cancelling and added sounds for a lot of vehicles with amps. Got one in my RAM and it solved a lot of the weird noises I was hearing. I hate that it's even a thing now days. I'm very sensitive to those sorts of changes and sounds and I much prefer the "road noise".
