Some app function not working

Hi! I'm having a fordpass app issue since last days
It shows fuel qty, oil, psi's for tires etc
But I cannot lock, unlock or start the vehicle
Talked with Ford assistance , they gave me a lot of things to do, wich I did, like reseting the connectivity in the car, re initialize all, erase the app and then reinstall it etc
After all that, It works only for 30 min and then those function are dead again.....
Battery is 12,5 V and the alternator is indicating after engine start 24v

any ideas?

My Ford app stopped connecting to the modem in the truck. I did all the easy reload and reset options. Finally had to pull the fuse and then do a factory reset and all was good after that.

Just to let you know, the problem was a Ford issue ........ they said there was a "signal" issue

So what did they end up doing?

Was this all taken care of over the phone?
Or had to bring truck in, which means there is a work order?

Things go normal again , just that
I did what I did and the guys from Ford WHO knows if they did something or the "signal" went normal again.....
