I used to start my truck all the time with my Apple Watch, now everytime I try, it gives the “something’s not right” message. Have no issues on the app on my phone, just my watch lately.

Anyone have this problem? I restarted the watch, uninstalled the app and reinstalled

Have you loaded a new IOS lately? My Carplay2air has been acting up since I put the latest IOS 15 update on my phone.

Just saying it could be the issue.

I just checked my watch app and it did the same thing. I betting on it being the iPhone update.

That could be it, I think I did the latest update like a week ago but I haven’t had issues until the last few days

Seems more like an issue with the FordPass watchOS companion app not communicating properly. Wouldn't be the first time we had issues with buggy Ford software... My iPhone is still on iOS 15 so my watch is still on watchOS 8 (as opposed to the newer 16 and 9, respectively).

iOS 15.7.1
FordPass v4.23.0

Remote commands work, vehicle render is displayed.

watchOS 8.7

Remote commands do not work - "Something is not right" error. Vehicle render is not displayed; only a default Ford logo is displayed. Force restart did not resolve the issue.

And yes, it has worked previously on my watch, showing the same vehicle render as on the phone app and issuing remote lock/unlock and start commands.

Yeah I don’t see the vehicle render anymore on my watch either

I have all updates on my iPhone 13 and apple watch series 4 and the app on the watch does not work. I get the error "Something Not Right...." error.

I have removed the app from my watch, shut the watch down and back up, add the Ford app back on my watch and it still does not work. Same error message.

Same thing for me w/watch error. Going to guess the app will need to get updated.

I just updated my apple devices (MacBook, iPhone 13 & apple watch series 4) and I was able to remote start my Maverick using my apple watch. Looks like the iOS update fixed the "Something Not Right..." error.

5 hours ago, an update was released - FordPass v. 4.23.1. The release notes indicate that it addresses issues with the Apple Watch app, and with the service history within the iPhone app.

Once this update was installed, the Apple Watch app is functioning as expected. The vehicle render appears on the display and commands are successfully sent to the vehicle.

To anyone with an Apple Watch, be sure to check for this update. You can force the update by going to App Store, tapping the circular icon in the top right (that's your Apple ID profile pic), then scrolling down to the updates section. If there's an UPDATE button next to FordPass, tap that. Once it finishes installing, give the Apple Watch app another try. Should be good to go.

First, double-check that the Bluetooth on both devices is working correctly and that the FordPass app has all the required permissions to operate on your watch. Sometimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the app or restarting both devices can do the trick.

For those interested in looking into some premium accessories for tech enthusiasts, I found that some people also enjoy luxurious items like the patek philippe aquanaut replica, which adds a unique touch to the overall tech experience.
