I did the same thing. Paid 26k for mine and sold it for 36,500 after 10k miles. Dealer listed it for 41k and sold it in a week. I know I could’ve made more, but dealing with a private sale while still having a loan was too much of a hassle for me.

Carvana offered me $33k for my Hybrid XLT with luxury package.
Was this just a very recent offer you got? Did you have any additional options beyond luxury package? What region are you in?

Thank you. That is actually super helpful to know as that is the exact same build I have on order. Just wanted to be aware of options in case in my Maverick gets built and I can't hang on to it.

Yes, I paid 6.5% sales tax when I bought it. I also paid for title and tags. I don't know where you got $2300.
Ok that’s fair in missouri that’s 0ver 9% ,my point is unless there’s no sales tax , otherwise the amount would reduce profit somewhat ,I’m open to advice on the resale , I may have to do this myself if I ever get it

I cannot imagine that there's people out there willing to pay those overly inflated prices for a vehicle. Sure, it's a demand vehicle, but who in their right mind would pay that much for a base model used vehicle?
Spotless or not, if vehicle market prices correct themselves within the next couple years, the owner is going to find themselves owing thousands of dollars on a vehicle worth half the price they paid/still owe.

"who in their right mind" is on point. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Many people make emotional decisions rather than logical decisions.
