Soft Folding Tonneau Cover

My hybrid is coming with the soft folding tonneau cover. Does anyone have it? Does it lock with the tail gate?

If the tailgate is closed and the folding soft top is in the fully down position it can’t be opened.

Closing and locking the tailgate is essentially securing the bed.

And anyone with a $5 prybar can get into a hard cover quite easily.

Thanks for replies above! The only deterrent these covers really have is hiding what is inside. As stated above a thief can really get into any cover. They just don’t know if it is worth the effort.
