Should I be expecting another 45-Day email, or was that a one time thing?

Ordered 9/19, confirmation email 9/20, first 45 day 11/4 - since then - crickets.

Go to Ford.com and make sure your communication preferences still allow email. Mine turned off at some point before this all went down because I didn't acknowledge I wanted to keep it on.

Good suggestion. I had an account from a previous Ford I owned - So I went and checked and communication was turned off. There was nothing referencing my current Maverick order, but I am not sure there would be anything there anyway since I don't have a VIN?

Correct. You have to have a VIN for it to show up.

Has anyone stopped getting them entirely? Both my and my mothers orders stopped getting 45 days emails beginning of Nov

does that mean anything?

This must be a lucky day for several of us. I placed my order on 9/16/22 for a Lariat Hybrid with all bells and whistles - luxury pkg, moon roof, CP360 and CP360 assist, SIBL, etc. and just got a Ford email, thinking it was my 45 day check-in, but to my surprise, it was a week of 2/27 build date and a VIN number. Here I would have bet the ranch that it would be July or August at best, now this. Oh well, before I get too excited, I know it will probably get moved out a few times, sit in Mexico a few weeks, sit in a rail yard in Mesquite, TX a few weeks and if I am lucky, I can shoot fireworks from its bed on July 4. LOL.

You were spot on, after enabling email communication on the account a few days ago, I received the update email today right on time today.
