They don't do buy back anymore.
Ask your dealer if they want to buy them. I sold my black wheels and Pirelli Scorpion tires to my dealer. When I mentioned I was replacing my tires and wheels they offered to buy them when my new ones showed up.
SIDE STORY:
The tire dealer I purchased my new tires from broke the beads on my OE tires and put the factory TPMS Sensors in my new wheels. I am waiting in the lobby and hear a big BANG! The manager comes in and told me that they were in a hurry and didn't let one of the tires completely deflate and the tire changer bead paddle went throught the sidewall. They had me a new tire later that afternoon. I felt sorry for the rookie who popped it. I saw the new tire on one of your pictures that reminded me of my incident.
