They tried to upsell stuff.
They were working with other customers that they can make more money (I didn't buy any extras).
One thing that helped me was getting military/police discounts $500.

Nope, and a lot of journalists said that was probably a conscious decision on Ford's part. The only mark identifying it as the hybrid variant is the tiny "hybrid" badge on the tailgate.

Unlike, say, GM, who went with a bit more obvious design on the previous Tahoe Hybrid.

But in their defense, the "hybrid" rocker decals were optional. However, all Tahoe hybrids have unique wheels, front/rear bumpers, and taillights. To a familiar eye it's visible from a mile away that it's the hybrid version.

Ordered August 13 in Conroe. XL basic with absolutely no add-ins…haven’t heard a thing yet.
