Wow! Nice that they had a loaner for you and a 2026 on top of that. Some salesman is driving a clunker this week .

I had to leave my Maverick at the dealership. The battery was showing good but in extreme cold would lose its charge. They ended up replacing the battery.

They also had given me a Maverick for a loaner. Could be trying to get a sale. I don't think so, my opinion is if they need X amount of vehicles to be used as loaners. It seems to be the best financial decision. Seeing one being the least expensive but also delivering the highest resale or not taking as big of a hit with mileage on it. So it offers the dealership an easy sale after use and recouping majority of their investment. Less money being used or spent to offer the convenience of a loaner. Just good business sense.
