I am one of the "lucky 2022's with vins" that were scheduled to be built last week of October through week of 11/28 which have been moved to the week of 12/19. Said week of 12/19 is being used to consolidate the 2022's with vins that could not be built after the 2022's that have already reordered 2023's. These late 2022 cancellations will be given a private offer and after 11/30 will also enter the 2023 order scheduling presumably with new 2023 vins and also presumably have some scheduling priority. Who knows. The 2023's currently being scheduled should be built subject to constraints of course. Apparently some 2023's are being assigned 12/19 build dates but they should be ahead of all the 2022's that are temporarily assigned that week. On the plus side Ford has said that the allocations for these late 2022 to 2023 conversions will carry their allocations forward to 2023 but not necessarily attached to the same truck.

Yeah I am sorry, I am still not sure what you are saying.

1. Person said ''All 22 Maverick that where turn into 23 Maverick orders will be ahead if all 23 Maverick orders. ''

2. I said that is not true, because there will be some virgin orders placed in sept 22 that are already ahead of 22 rollovers.

Yes I received that 45 day email yesterday 11-2 be nice what happened to JaTrax & MichiganBill happens next ... Agreed cool they have my email....
I got my 45 day as well so I am thinking its only a matter of time, and yes its good to know we are in the cue (of sorts) I will be almost as happy as the 22 owners and rollover recipients when the MY 22 business is done with, because that means we are in the works. I am confident the flow will be better on MY23 builds than 22. And I ordered a FWD ECO XL with spare tire.

Keep in mind that you have equal chance of being scheduled/built in Jan as Sept, and any time in between. Also, many 23s are already ''in the works'', and many are hybrids. There is simply very little anyone can do to make an educated guess as to when their truck will be scheduled/built. Knowing your dealer's allocations, and your priority with them, is the only real indicator you could use to know if it is more likely to be sooner or later.

Yeah I am in it for a month or year or whatever. I discovered the maverick last march when I picked up my F150 and absolutely loved it. when I started looking for a second car for running around I kept coming back to the maverick because it had everything I need in a second vehicle with price point #1 and the quality and utility and a warranty! No brainer I get my wants and needs all at once one day in the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuture

Well put, and more people could stand to have your attitude. The pitchfork mob that wants to sue ford, while adorable, are a bit nuts.

Ummmm, me too! Not a rollover. Happened way quicker than I expected. XL Hybrid. Guess I have to get my down together. Didn’t anticipate this.
Whoa. Do you recall which date you submitted your order? I wonder if that has anything to do with getting scheduled ahead of 22s or even ecoboosts for that matter. I'm a new order XL Hybrid, too, but I ordered on 9/19/22. Got my 1st canned 45day email today. I was not expecting any new hybrids to be scheduled until at least March 2023. Thanks for sharing. I bet there are many of us who had planned to have at least 6-8 months to pile up cash for a down payment!

I just got a little excited to see an email alert from Ford but it’s the dreaded 45 day one.

I only ordered mine this past September, so I know I am in for a long wait. After reading this thread, I checked my email and so that I go something from Ford! I got excited! This is the first email that I received from them since placing my order....again, I know I have a wait. But, the email that I received is the "we will contact you in 45 days"

Got the Dear John letter we will get back to you in 45 days. I would rather wait and get what I want than to be not satisfied once I got it.

My Maverick got scheduled as well today and I'm utterly shocked! We had zero orders at my dealer previewing all week, but today I had noticed my order had disappeared off the list of orders not previewing (which would mean either the order was cancelled, or was picked up for scheduling and no longer needs to preview) so I checked with Ford Chat and I am scheduled to 12/19 with xxxxxxxxxxxA08121.

Now to play the real waiting game...

Nearly 11 months from my original order in January 2022 to when it goes into production in December(rolled over to my23 and re-ordered a 23 on the day the order banks opened)

Happy for those who have been chosen this week.... I received the 45-day Dear John email last week so I would have been pleasantly shocked if Ford had turned around scheduled me this week.
I got the 45 day email last week as well. There is hope. Albeit slim. It does seem that EB are definitely more likely do be selected than hybrids at the moment so I suppose I had that going for me. Original 1/27/22 order which is a relatively long wait for EB as far as I can tell on this forum. I just saw a post from someone who ordered basically the same exact truck as me on 1/27 who just received his 2022, and by the time mine shows up it will probably be over 12 months.

Finally got mine. I put down $27k cash since I just refinanced my house, and if that is in my account, I'd spend some of it. Got tired of not having a car after a whole year, so I got a refund check for $26k that I just deposited into my savings account. Literally about to look at a Tacoma to buy in the meantime when I got the email. Can't decide whether I should still buy a Tacoma in case it's another year before I actually get it 🙃

Mine was finally built and said it shipped on oct 18th, due to be here by Nov 2... Got an email on Nov 1st say now expected delivery is by Dec 2nd. I feel like it will be worth the wait but a wait it will be. 😂

I finally received my 45 day letter and I am hoping that at that time they will send me the Your Ford is being Built notification. But then that is a dream yet to be fullfilled.
